Our 40' SECURITY OFFICE UNIT is 40' long, 8' wide and 8'6" tall. Providing 320 square feet of office space. Our portable office units, made from modified steel storage containers, are ideal for construction sites, manufacturing plants, and retailers. They're affordable, customizable, and available for rent, sale, or lease.

Through our partnership with Hugg & Hall Equipment, we provide generators for our office units, ensuring uninterrupted power supply and smooth operations. Should you require a generator, please don't hesitate to inquire about it during the sales process. We're committed to meeting your needs and ensuring your business runs seamlessly.

Delivery

Normal delivery time can be as quick as same day or 2-3 business days providing you are not having any modifications done to the unit. Deliveries are made using our company-owned and operated trucks and trailers by Hugg & Hall Mobile Storage employee drivers. If you need something sooner, we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
